How it works

A form board for 10K with Proud of this, Coming up, Notices and Ask me about cards pinned under bunting
1
Decide what the board is for before you print anything.

You don’t need to use all six sections. Three sections that you keep up every week will do more for the form than six that get filled once in September and then left. Print only the pennants for the sections you plan to use, along with the cards that go with them.

2
Print, cut and put it up.

Print everything on the heaviest paper your photocopier will take. Put the banner across the top of the board with the bunting above or below it, then add a pennant wherever you want a section to sit, with its cards underneath.

3
Hand out the name tags in the first week.

Ask students to fill in their own, including one thing they would be happy to be asked about. After that, you only need to change what goes on the board, and the layout can stay as it is.

Every card is printed in a faded version of its own header colour, so dark pen shows up on it and you can see at a glance which section it came from. Proud of this has writing lines, Coming up has a date box and room for the event, and Notices are blank so anything can go on them. Two of the six sections are filled by other resources: Small Wins Board goes under Small wins, and Values Posters go under Our values.
