How it works

Each menu has nine small resets in three “courses”: quick ones, ones that take a bit longer, and the familiar things that help. Menu I leans creative, Menu II active and Menu III practical, but none of them says so, so you can hand a student the one you think will suit them without making a thing of it.

1
Notice a student needs a reset.

Low energy, overwhelmed, or just having a hard morning, however small the sign.

2
They choose.

Any of the three menus works the same way, so there is no wrong one to reach for, and no correct choice within it.

3
They just do it.

There is no need to check back afterwards, though you are there if they want to talk.

Print a small stack of each in advance. They work best when a student keeps theirs in a pencil case or planner, rather than being handed a fresh one each time. Pairs well with the Mood Scale.
