1
Pick the values your form needs this term.

Start by picking four of the eight posters. Four is usually enough, because students stop noticing the posters if all eight go up at once. Print those four and put them where students already look, such as above the board, beside the door or along the back wall.

2
Use the words.

When you praise a student, tell them which value they were showing. When you need to pull somebody up, you can point to the poster for the value they have missed. Change the posters round at the start of each new term, so the values on the wall are the ones you are talking about with the form. If you would like something to hand over as well, Certificate Templates has a certificate for each of the eight values.

Every poster carries the value, a plain definition and three examples of what it looks like in a form room. They print just as well on A3 if your school has a machine that will do it, and they use the same eight values as Certificate Templates and Values in Action, so a form meets the same words in all three.
