How it works
The first of five questions
“One word for how today feels so far.”
The other four questions are in the slides, one for each morning.
Have the day’s slide on the board before the students come in. When you start, answer the question yourself in a few words, so that no student has to go first.
Instead of saying “here”, each student answers the question in a word or two. Say on the first morning that “here” is always a fine answer, so that nobody is put on the spot.
If a student says something worth talking about, come back to it at the end, once the register is in.
