How it works

A cork board by a classroom door covered in Small Win cards and Post-its around a Small Wins Board header
1
Set the prompt.

Display the first slide, which asks students for one thing they’re proud of from yesterday or today. It can be big or small.

2
Write and add it.

Students jot their win on a Post-it or a printable card, then stick it to the board with Blu Tack or a drawing pin. If you don’t have wall space, you can keep the second slide up instead and use it as a digital board.

3
Repeat as often as suits you.

You can run it daily or weekly, whichever suits your form. The board keeps growing all year, and there’s no ranking, so every win counts equally.
