How it works
One of twelve interview cards
“What’s something you’ve got better at this year?”
The other eleven cards are in the download.
Students pair up with anyone sitting nearby, so there is no need to plan pairs ahead of time.
One student draws a card and asks their partner the question on it. They then listen for a full minute without interrupting.
Then the partners swap over, and the other student asks the same question back or draws a new card of their own.

Cut the twelve cards out once and keep them in a drawer. After that there’s nothing to prepare, and the same set lasts all year.
